The course is designed for both beginners and experienced operators. Beginners will learn about the principles of welded tube production from receiving master coils (including storage, handling, and slitting) through tube forming and welding (including reshaping and straightening) to final tube output (including tube cutoff and removal). Experienced operators can use the course as a refresher or to expand their tube mill knowledge.
The fully interactive Audio/Visual instructional program on the CD-ROM can be utilized as a self-paced learning tool for the individual student, or it can be used as a classroom tool.
